Package A - Consultant
- Creative and practical help with plan design
- A realistic budget that matches your design
- Engineering coordination including evaluation for cost savings by Darby experts
- “THE BINDER” (all the documents for your project)
- A system for tracking your expenses
- A chronological schedule of typical events for a construction project
- A TO DO system for project tasks
- Signed promises by Darby vendors for pricing, quality & service – Darby Rural Ethic
- A proven system for communicating with your subs and suppliers and getting results
- A material take-off and pre-order for primary materials
- Confirmed pre-orders for vendors including:
- Client profile (that’s you)
- Your project objectives
- Specific concerns or considerations
- Your schedule & traffic patterns (i.e. don’t start before 8 AM)
- All bond, license & insurance information on file for subcontractors
- An extensive Quality Checklist for each phase of construction
- A comparison between budget and actual expenses after project completion
- One pre-construction site consultation re: site, excavation, location and job site set up
- 60 minutes of phone consultation
- Vendor confirmed pricing for materials and sub-contracting instead of an estimated budget
- Project specific chronological schedule instead of generic
- In Office building inspection coordination
- Four site/office consultations to be used for problem solving and quality control
- 90 minutes of phone consultation
Package C - Project Management – All of Package A & B with these changes:
- On site management by a licensed project manager
- On site building inspection meetings when necessary
- Direct Coordination with subs and suppliers
- Site visits and consultation include project manager
- 60 minutes of phone consultation
